  • All rights to the artwork remain with the artist. However, by listing on 88Merch, artists grant 88Merch a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the artwork for promotional purposes.

9. Legal Compliance

  • 88Merch and all users must comply with all applicable laws. Content that violates these laws will be removed, and users may be banned from the platform.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes between buyers and sellers should first be attempted to resolve directly. If unresolved, 88Merch offers mediation but does not guarantee a resolution.

11. Changes to Terms

  • 88Merch reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform.

12. Termination
