• Marketplace: The section of the 88Merch where artists can list their merchandise for sale.
• User: Any individual or entity who accesses or uses the 88Merch.

• By using 88Merch, you agree to these terms, which govern your relationship with 88Merch regarding the use of the website and Marketplace.

• Only approved 88 Sellers can submit their pro-White artworks for listing in the Marketplace after approval moderation team.

• Payment for purchases is handled through various payment gateways, crypto wallets and offline methods, ensuring secure transactions. 88Merch does not store credit card information.

• 88Merch will assist in providing logistics solutions if requested by the 88 Seller.

7. Returns and Refunds

• Returns are managed according to the artist’s own return policy, which must be clearly stated in the product listing. 88Merch acts as a facilitator in disputes but does not directly handle returns or refunds unless it’s a platform error.

• All rights to the artwork remain with the artist. However, by listing on 88Merch, artists grant 88Merch a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the artwork for promotional purposes.

9. Legal Compliance

• 88Merch and all users must comply with all applicable laws. Content that violates these laws will be removed, and users may be banned from the platform.

• Any disputes between buyers and sellers should first be attempted to resolve directly. If unresolved, 88Merch offers mediation but does not guarantee a resolution.
